Hosting
Website hosting is part of the service and required for the website to operate.
Hosting is billed at R125 per month excluding VAT and includes website hosting and up to 5 email accounts linked to the domain.
If the client wishes to cancel hosting, one calendar month's written notice is required.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all required content before the project can be scheduled, including images, logos, brand colours, text content, contact details and any other information required to build the website.
If the required content is not received within 5 working days of signing this agreement, mightyLab co reserves the right to cancel this project.
Template Based Service
This service is based on pre designed website templates. The selected template will be customised with the client's logo, colours, text and branding, however the overall structure and layout of the template will remain the same. Each template includes Hero, Services, About and Contact sections. Requests for layout changes, additional sections, custom functionality or features outside the selected template may be quoted separately.
Revisions
The package includes two revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 1 working day after the preview is shared. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.
Hosting Payments & Suspension
Hosting fees must be paid according to the agreed billing cycle. If hosting payments are overdue, mightyLab co reserves the right to suspend the website, email accounts and related services until payment has been received. If hosting remains unpaid for 30 days or longer, mightyLab co reserves the right to terminate the hosting service and remove the website and associated data from the server.
Ownership & Access
Clients will receive cPanel access and the website belongs to the client.
Domain
The first year of a .co.za domain is included. Other domain extensions may be quoted separately.
Website Transfers
A fee may apply if the website needs to be moved to or from the mightyLab co hosting environment.
Project Delays
If a client becomes unresponsive for 14 days or longer, the project may be archived or closed. Restarting the project may incur an administration or restart fee.
Liability
mightyLab co is not responsible for incorrect information, images or content supplied by the client, or for outages caused by third party services or hosting providers.
Portfolio Rights
mightyLab co reserves the right to showcase completed websites in its portfolio, marketing material and social media.
Terms Updates
mightyLab co reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, and it is the client's responsibility to review any updates.
